A: Your contribution will be deducted from your account on the 20th of every month (after the 20th if that falls on a weekend).

Q: How much does the Automatic Donation Program cost?
A: It costs you nothing and saves you time and possibly postage!

Q: If I don’t write checks, how do I keep my checkbook balance straight?
A: Since your contribution is made at a pre-established time, you simply record it in your check register on the appropriate date.

Q: Without a canceled check, how can I prove I made my contribution?
A: Your bank statement gives you an itemized list of electronic transfers. It’s your proof of contribution.

A: Automatic Donation is less risky than a check contribution. It can’t be lost, stolen or destroyed in the mail, and it has an extremely high rate of accuracy.

A: Simply write “Auto” on the outside of your envelope and turn it in each week as normal.

A: Special offering envelopes are handled as always. In other words, only debit entries authorized for the 20th of the month are taken electronically. Special collections are still handled with envelopes.

A: You can cancel your authorization for Automatic Donation at any time by notifying us in writing.
