Bookkeeper from October 2008. My main responsibilities at St.
Patrick's are to keep the bills, payroll, and taxes paid and keep track of incoming
donations from parishioners and other organizations. I provide reports to the Diocese
of Peoria and keep Fr. Joe up-to-date on the parish's fiscal situation. In addition,
I am the staff representative to the Financial Affairs Committee and to the Web Site
Committee, and serve on the Stewardship Ministry Leadership Team. Finally, I am
backup for Katie in the front office to answer telephone calls and to help provide a
warm, welcoming environment for parishioners and others who come through our doors. |
